You are tired of missing the active academic exchange with other students during online classes? You have always wanted to publish an academic paper and engage with the European community of Liberal Education students but don’t know where to start?  – Start here.

What is angLES?

angLES is an academic undergraduate journal run by Liberal Education students for Liberal Education students. For our second edition we are now looking for students who have written an academic paper, in or outside of class, that they want to get out there – a first publishing experience with peer-reviewing and academic rigor in a safe environment. Come and visit us at https://angles-journal.org!

What can you publish?

Any academic paper between 3000 and 5000 words you have written either for university purposes or outside of class. The paper can address any topic of your choice, it doesn’t have to be about Liberal Education (LE). However, we require you to make your own claim or take a creative approach, summaries of academic literature can only be accepted in the form of formal literature reviews.

If you submit a paper we also encourage you to sign up as a peer-reviewer for somebody else’s paper during the submission, however this is not a requirement.

How does it work?

(1) Read the detailed submission requirements and submit a paper https://angles-journal.org/submissions/

(2) Wait for feedback from the editors on your paper and be set up with a peer-reviewer

(3) Two rounds of reviewing

(4) (Hopefully) get your paper published by us.

Important: you can also just sign-up as a peer reviewer without submitting a paper! Don’t be shy – we are looking forward to seeing you!

If you have any other questions please email us at info@angles-journal.org.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: JULY 12TH, 2020
